Welcome to AllStar3D ("we," "us," "our"), operated at allstar3d.com. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using AllStar3D, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your account or login credentials with any other person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, download limits, and available file formats at any time.
Download counts reset on the first day of each calendar month.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available any downloaded files to any third party, except as permitted under the Licensing Terms.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or download content.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control features.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform.
Use our services to create competing products or services.
Upload malicious content or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent download limits or bans.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on AllStar3D — including but not limited to 3D models, images, renders, card designs, names, character designs, logos, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AllStar3D and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Downloading files grants you a limited license as described in our Licensing Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
6. Content Availability
We may add, remove, or modify characters, models, and content at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that any specific model or character will remain available.
Downloaded files are yours to keep according to your license, but we are not obligated to re-provide files you have already downloaded.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by maintenance, server issues, third-party services (including Stripe, Meshy, or hosting providers), or events beyond our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination for violation, you lose access to all downloaded and future content with no refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AllStar3D is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
3D models will print perfectly on every printer or in every material.
Files will be free from defects or errors.
The service will meet your specific requirements.
3D printing results depend on your equipment, settings, materials, and environment. We provide print-ready files optimized for FDM printers (specifically Bambu Lab P1S), but results may vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllStar3D and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AllStar3D in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of AllStar3D after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

AllStar3D ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: Email address, display name, and hashed password when you create an account.
Newsletter Subscription: Email address when you join our watchlist.
Contact Form: Name, email, and message content when you contact us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: Download history (which files, formats, and dates), login activity, and feature usage.
Server Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps.
1.3 Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe provides us with a customer ID, subscription status, and payment confirmation only. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To manage your account, process subscriptions, deliver downloads, and track usage against plan limits.
Communications: To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, new release notifications) and newsletter updates you have opted into.
Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, improve our platform, and develop new features.
Security: To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
3. Email Communications
Transactional Emails: Account-related emails (welcome, password reset, subscription changes) are sent automatically and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
New Release Notifications: Sent to active subscribers and verified newsletter recipients when new content is published. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We use Resend as our email service provider. Emails are sent from info@allstar3d.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third-party marketers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Stripe: For payment processing.
Resend: For transactional and notification emails.
Hosting Provider (OVH): Our server infrastructure provider, which stores data as part of hosting services.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Retention
Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion for legal and operational purposes.
Download History: Retained for the duration of your account for usage tracking and analytics.
Newsletter Subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Server Logs: Retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text).
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
Database access is restricted to authorized processes only.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
AllStar3D is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. International Users
AllStar3D is operated from Canada. If you access our services from outside Canada, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. We will notify active users of material changes via email.

TL;DR: All sales are final. Digital files cannot be "returned." When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded or made available for download, we cannot issue a refund. By subscribing and downloading content, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your profile on our website.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to downloads and features until that date.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — your card will not be charged again.
3. Plan Changes
Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is prorated by Stripe for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrades: You may downgrade your plan. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
No refunds are issued for downgrades or plan changes.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
Service Outage: If a prolonged, unplanned service outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) prevented you from accessing any content during your billing period.
To request a review, email info@allstar3d.com with your account email and a description of the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban. We will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery of associated fees.
6. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial in the future, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Standard cancellation and refund terms apply once the paid subscription begins.

When you download files from AllStar3D, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those files according to the terms of your subscription plan. You do not own the intellectual property — you are licensing the right to use it under specific conditions.
1. Personal Use License (Hero, Champion, Legend Plans)
You MAY:
Download and store files on your personal devices.
3D print files on your own printer(s) for personal display, gifting, or hobby use.
Modify, scale, or remix files for your own personal 3D printing projects.
Share photos and videos of your printed statues on social media (with credit to AllStar3D appreciated).
You MAY NOT:
Sell, resell, or distribute downloaded files in any format (digital or physical media).
Sell printed statues, casts, molds, or reproductions in any form.
Share files with other people, including friends, family, or online communities.
Upload files to any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or public repository.
Use files in any commercial product, advertisement, or for-profit project.
Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer your download rights to any third party.
Use files to train AI/ML models or generate derivative datasets.
2. Commercial License (Commercial Plan Only)
In addition to Personal Use rights, you MAY:
3D print and sell physical printed statues that you have printed and finished yourself.
Offer painting, finishing, or customization services on statues you have printed from our files.
Display and advertise printed statues for commercial sale (online stores, conventions, markets).
Even with a Commercial License, you MAY NOT:
Sell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves — in any format, on any platform, under any circumstances. This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Claim ownership or authorship of the original character designs or 3D models.
Create molds or mass-produce statues using industrial manufacturing (injection molding, casting at scale).
Use the AllStar3D brand, logos, or character names in a way that implies official endorsement or partnership.
Sub-license commercial rights to any third party.
3. Attribution
Attribution is not required but is appreciated. If you share or sell printed statues, a mention of AllStar3D as the original designer is welcome but not mandatory.
4. License Scope
Your license is valid only while your subscription is active.
Files you downloaded while subscribed may be kept and used according to your license tier, even after cancellation.
If your account is terminated for violation, all licenses are immediately revoked, and you must delete all downloaded files.
The license applies only to the specific files you downloaded — it does not grant rights to the entire catalog.
5. Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our files. Violations will result in:
Immediate account termination without refund.
DMCA takedown notices filed against any platform hosting our files without authorization.
Legal action for damages, including statutory damages for copyright infringement.
If you discover unauthorized distribution of AllStar3D files, please report it to info@allstar3d.com.
6. Changes to Licensing
We may update these licensing terms. Files downloaded under previous terms retain the license they were downloaded under. New terms apply to downloads made after the change date.
